Product-Market Fit & ICP Discovery
Validating demand and defining exactly who you are building for, before runway is spent finding out.
Strategic advisory for early-stage ventures
Go-to-market, funding, and operational roadmaps for founders building in technology, renewable energy, consumer packaged goods, and sustainable development.
About Vegvisir Partners
In old Norse tradition, the vegvisir was carried so its bearer would never lose their way in storm or uncharted water, even when the destination was unknown.
Building a company today is not so different. Between validating a product, defining an ideal customer profile, and securing runway, early-stage growth is an unpredictable expanse — and most of it is navigated without a map.
Vegvisir Partners was built by operators who know that advice is only as good as the market experience behind it. We are not career consultants. We have launched products, raised capital, and scaled companies across international borders, and we bring that experience directly into the work.
We do not sit back and deliver generic recommendations. We work alongside your team, charting a clear path through market complexity toward durable, scalable growth.
01 / Orientation
Knowing precisely where you stand before choosing a trajectory. We replace trial and error with proven, evidence-led frameworks.
02 / Agility
Adapting to market conditions without losing sight of the destination, guided by advisors who have built and scaled ventures in competitive sectors.
03 / Execution
A compass is of no use unless someone takes the helm. We help you execute every leg of the journey, across every market you enter.
What we do
Six advisory disciplines that address the decisions early-stage companies face most often — rarely one at a time.
01
Validating demand and defining exactly who you are building for, before runway is spent finding out.
02
A repeatable acquisition engine: sales motions, pricing, packaging, and launch sequencing.
03
Turning early traction into predictable, forecastable revenue with pipeline and conversion discipline.
04
Positioning, materials, and readiness for the right capital — dilutive or otherwise.
05
Structure, reporting, and governance that hold together as headcount and complexity grow.
06
Entering new territories with local regulatory, cultural, and commercial context accounted for.
Sector focus
Each of these sectors demands a different go-to-market motion. We bring sector-specific playbooks rather than one-size-fits-all advice.
The work
Not a deck delivered at arm's length — sessions, decisions, and documents built with your team in the room.

Engagements
Validating market demand before valuable runway is committed to the wrong buyer.
Building a repeatable, scalable engine for customer acquisition.
Transforming early momentum into predictable revenue streams.
Identifying and preparing for the right growth capital. Advisory and preparation only — we do not raise capital on your behalf, broker introductions for compensation, or take success fees tied to a financing.
Establishing systems that hold their shape as the company scales.
Global reach
New territories bring distinct regulatory, cultural, and commercial dynamics. We pair on-the-ground context with global frameworks.
Nearshoring strategy, cross-border trade, fast-scale technology, and consumer product distribution.
Climate technology standards, ESG frameworks, regulatory compliance, and market entry.
Rapidly emerging markets, localised go-to-market strategy, supply chain resilience, and leapfrog technology deployment.
How we work
A working conversation about where the business stands and what is genuinely blocking progress.
We review the market position, commercial model, and operating picture, then set out what we find.
A prioritised plan with sequencing, owners, and the measures that will indicate progress.
We stay involved through delivery, adjusting the route as market conditions change.
Tell us where the business stands today and what you are trying to reach. We will come prepared with questions, not a sales script.
